Shipping policy

  1. 48-Hour Order Notice: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date as we cannot guarantee timely delivery for last-minute orders.

  2. Delivery Hours: Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

  3. Receipt of Delivery: A person must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the product will be returned to the store, and the customer will be required to pay for the delivery again for a reattempt.
